Today was also the day that we said goodbye to our guests on this 10-day Rose Parade and California Coastal tour and got them to the airport safely. Luckily for them there was a big storm coming in the next day and everybody was able to avoid it.
This tour is a lot different from the other 14 day tours that I do for the same company because the very first three days in Los Angeles I really don’t spend too much time with them so I don’t get to know them as well.
On my normal 14-day tours, they fly in on day one and on day two we check out of the hotel, load the luggage and hit the ground running. From that moment on we spend pretty much every waking moment together on the bus or getting off to sightsee. You get to know the people a lot better than on this short 10-day tour.
