A very unexciting day at the Hospitality Desk today! Had my daily complainers come by and re-hash their week-old issues that they just can’t bring themselves to forget, and is therefore ruining their tour & cruise. I’m sorry you were forced to roll your luggage across the street in Sydney when you arrived at the hotel. I am also sorry they only had Australian instant coffee and not Starbucks in your room. I’m sorry you don’t understand the difference between 110 and 220 and your ignorance made your hair curler explode… you ethnocentric spoiled nasty…… Oooooosssssaa….
